Is this law true????
In Ohio, the height limit allowed for a vehicle is based GVWR, the higher the GVWR, the higher from the ground to your bumper. This I know is true. However, I was told, by a friend, that to enforce this law, the truck must be fully weighed down to its registered capabilities before any measurements can be taken from the bumper to the ground. This is a very hard feat for any law enforcement officer to do out of his cruiser, therefore rendering this a basically unenforceable law......Fact or fiction????
Thanks
Scott
