99, F150, SC, 4X4, mfg. 9/98. Have installed two new multifunction switches, and when I install them I have only one wiper speed and will not shut off unless I turn key off, or the washers stay on. Dealer on the net warrantied the first one, 2nd does same thing. Turn signals did not work either. Is there an application # problem or is there something wrong with the truck. The old switch worked all wiper speeds OK, except they would come on by them selves periodically and turn signals OK, however hazards did not work, so I figured I'd replace the switch. Any ideas??? New part # Y85Z-13K359-CA.
