The problem is getting worse, two, three, four times a day lasting 20+ minutes. Seems to turn over after cooling. Dealer had it for 5 days and can't figure it out...or spell the word Ford. Any help would be great as well as info on who to contact at Ford to complain about our local Ford shop here in Idaho.

Mine would intermittently 'NO CRANK' several times a day, and was getting worse (only 200 miles on the clock then).. Stranded me for 10-15 minutes at times.. And only as warming up, or hot.. It was the starter.. Not the relay/solenid.. It just happened to fail when it was in for a rear main repair.. Hope this helps...
