I have a buddy in Vancouver who said this forum could solve most problems. I hate to take it back to the dealer, they cause more problems then they solve, but it looks like I'll have too. It is a shame that a person can buy a $10,000 used truck and it will run years without a problem, pay $38+K just so you can make lotsa friends at the service department. Warranty or not - it is a hassle. I've had three new Chevy's and a Dodge that spent most of their first six months in the shop. I realize that with a million things that can go wrong many things will. It's sad that Chevy and Dodge had such poor service departments that they could not fix a problem. I switched to Ford to prevent this, my mistake. Thanks for the help! Next step is to take this to the dealer and teach them how to fix things. P.S. I ask the dealer to check out this site before working on my truck so they would have a clue - apparently they did not.
