How do you get out of your EX?

I know it sounds like a dumb question but, I wonder if there is a better way than "falling" out. Im 6'3" and can extend my left leg almost to the ground, then slide out. Stock 2wd btw. It just feels normal. I have noticed that the stitching is getting loose on the seat bottom and I think my exit procedure is the cause.

I have tried to put my left leg on the running board, stand and then swing my right leg around behind me to step down. Kind of the opposite of getting in. It doesn't feel normal and I still have to slide my rear off the seat to get my weight over my left leg to stand without hitting my head.

So how do you get out of your Ex?
