99-01 were all Dana 50 In F250s, F350s Single wheels and Excursions. ONLYDuallys got Dana 60s

Then in 02 F250s and F350s got Dana 60s, but the excursion kept the Dana 50
Also the excursion kept the leaf springs till the end of production in 05
