Something pretty strange just happened. I went outside and turned the truck on just to see if it would start because the battery was dead yesterday. Now I turn it on, it fired right up, the red lights are off, the oil gauge is working and everything seems fine. Its pretty weird, I will see how it goes.
Are your batteries good, and have they been load tested? Make sure your charging system is in good shape. I had a similar issue with my 2000 Excursion and it turned out my GEM module was bad.
Has it been raining by you lately or lots of moisture in the air?
