A cheap way to lower the rear end is to do the front spring hanger flip. Drill out the rivets and turn the front spring hanger upside down and it will lower the truck about 4-5 inches. You will need to put about 12 degrees of shim in the rear end to bring the pinion angle back to where it was. Check it before you start on that so you know where to put it back to.
