Really depends upon how many miles are on it. Have you ever changed the plugs as of yet? Most of the time after 100K the plugs really need to be changed no matter what. They can break down with that many miles on them and you will feel a slight miss under a bit of load. The coil packs are definitely a probable cause for a miss. Look for cracks in the tops near the area where the wires plug into them. The cracks allow a short to ground and will not allow the spark to get to the plug.

Usually this type of miss will not trigger a check engine light. Just plain ole old fashion maintenance techniques from before the days of computers....
