I live in Lebanon County. Emissions are required, but evidently not on a 1 ton. I was surprised. Really surprised !

It could be that the muffler and or cat fall under safety and not emissions. I would imagine they have to look for exhaust leaks, but does it matter if the 350 has a muffler or cat ???

I am not saying that I want to cut them off, I was going to go Flowmaster. It just raised questions for me. Trying to interpret State Regs did not help me.
