Save your money. Drum brakes are as good as disk when used on a street driven truck. Ain't no advantage unless you race this thing or haul a lot. One improvement that won't cost a fortune and will provide real safety is a dual chamber master cylinder set up. If you have a few extra bucks add a booster. Power drum/drum brakes have been used successfully for decades and will provide good service for the money. Check out Master Power Brake for some good options. Spend your money on King Pins and bushings, spring shackles and a front end alignment. IMHO.
