That played a big role in why I went with the 6.2, I have owned diesels since 1984 and the 6.9. The new diesels are not the bullet proof beasts of the past.
After all the trouble I dealt with on our company 6.0/6.4's. Also from a friends hot shot trucks...he runs 35 different 6.7 Ford and Dodge 1 ton diesels and has had a lot of issues with both. He is even going to gassers now for the new replacement trucks.
