somebody that doesn't live in the Springs!

If you can't do smog, you definitely can't do the bigger towns. but north of denver on hwy 85 there are some smaller towns that aren't too bad, and far enough away from denver/ greeley/ fortcollins to be out of the smog controlled area, at least the last I heard most towns in weld county (except greeley) don't have to do emmisions.

I live in greeley, and commonly refer to it as the ghetto of fort collins... err... I mean its wonderful! wanna take over my lease? I know that towns north and towns east of here don't have to do smog, but get past kersey and the quality of communities go down really fast IMO.

loveland and fort collins are good towns, but have emissions. boulder has emmisions and about 2.7 million other laws due to an influx of *cough* californians *cough, cough*
