Also keep in mind the 38 gallon tank came in Broncos from the factory since they couldn't have dual tanks as an option. Broncos came with a skid plate under the tank because that sucker will hang six inches lower than your 19 gallon tank. The Bronco skid plate (also the lower mounting bracket) should be interchangeable from the Bronco.
