Hi Corey:
I have friends with Chrysler minivans and although they haven't been perfect, the packaging job they have done is great. The new 3.6 V6 also has a lot of power and gets decent mileage. I may have to go there. The new Transit Connect does not look like it will hold 4x8 sheets of anything and it's being built in Spain whereas the Chryslers are built in Ontario, right across the Detroit River from me. And I have a number of Chrysler employee friends who can get me a "family and friends" deal.

Looks like you can get a Dodge Grand Caravan with decent equipment for under $25k new and with a good warranty, that might be the way to go. I'm gonna ride out my E150 for another year or two, probably, and save some money in the meantime. I envision how I'd feel sitting on an Expy EL if gas goes up to $6 per gallon and that would not feel good.

Thanks for the input,
George
