I had responded before wondering just how authentic your truck was but you proved it was. I had gone to the Roush site listed above earlier and there were no production records of it. The first year they stated keeping detailed records of the F-150 was 2004 and there were only 263 of all varieties of the F-150. Can't figure out that serial number 4295 unless that may include all of the Roush cars/trucks and that even seems high. You sure seem to have a rare example. On my second Roush Mustang.
