They're parking brakes...spray them off with brake cleaner and reinstall. You're not using them to slow the truck, they will be fine. Unless the are visually worn out, I would just leave them be.
Also make sure you drive your new seal straight and don't hammer the edges. Once it's in the hub it's over, so make sure the new bearings are in the hub first if you decide to replace them. Otherwise it's back to the store for another seal...doh!
It's also easier to adjust the parking brakes with the wheels off IMO before you drop it back down.
