Sometimes if they aren't to busy you can get through to Ram, ask for Tom or Joe in Service, Tom is a great guy and will help you as much as possible because he is one of the owners, avoid Mark, and don't let the other diesel tech touch your truck unless you want to replace the entire thing, I think he is Steve.
