I can offer some help! Do you know which version of SYNC is installed? There is the basic SYNC, SYNC with navigation, and MyFord Touch. Also, what kind of issues are you having specifically? Are you having difficulties with downloading the update from the website or is there a concern with installing the update into the vehicle?
