I'm about through with my diesel days. I threw 2 rods through the block of my original 7.3 and have grown tired of it after 7 years. I'm certainly not going to buy a 6.0 or 6.4. I'm impressed with my dad's 6.7 but they are out of my price range. I will be keeping my cummins powered 77, that's my long term project!

I'm looking to go a more simple route with lower maintenance costs and lower purchase cost. I figure if a 6.8 on propane can get 10 mpg for what I can buy the fuel for it will cost the same as a car getting 32 mpg on gasoline.

Back in the 80s my dad had a chevy 350 he ran on propane with a similar setup to the gotpropane unit. I think Dibble is only dealing with injected vehicles, but give them a call if you are interested, they are a good company to work with and very accommodating.
