I want to put a spray-on bedliner in for basic protection: will be mostly light-duty work - toolboxes, camping gear, yard waste, lumber/hardware store misc., etc. But, I also plan to buy a Tonneau cover. So, I have two questions:

1. What does everyone think on a low-cost Tonneau cover.
2. Do I really need to bother with the cost of Line-X Premium or Xtra if all I need is a plain black liner that will be under a cover most of the time?

I kinda think this is a no-brainer, but wanted to get some thoughts before I drop $700-$1000 on a cover and bedliner.

Thanks.
For what it's worth, I have a Line-X premium spray (have on all my trucks) very durable in the face of wood and concrete. I also have a >$300 tonneau cover from eBay (trifold kind), have on all my trucks, works fine.
