I was hoping that the shop manual I purchased would have them but it doesn't seem to.
1957/63 Ford Truck Parts Catalog available on a CD from hipoparts.com
Look up the part numbers, then type 'em into PartsVoice.com or rear counter.com, the two obsolete parts search websites available to the general public.
