Ok, this question has come up several times and after some research I think I have found a solution to installing a Mustang tank that will work on a fuel injected engine like I am planning.

This tank has provisions for not only an in-tank fuel pump, but it also has a bung for a myriad of aftermarket sending units with different ohm ratings and the price looks very reasonable.
