If the paint is in really good shape, just needing a good polish, and it runs well, the figure might be a little low. The minimal rust, is any of it rust through, like making holes, and does the body have any dents? If the paint is saveable and is original it might be of some interest to somebody who really perfers abosolutly factory Ford stuff. Price is a little low to me...might be able to get more if it is in excellent condition like you said.
