1957/63 Ford Truck Parts Catalog available on a CD from hipoparts.com.

C1TB-9047-A (replaced 78-9047) .. Fuel Filler Hose / Reproduced

1961/77 F100/750 with in-cab fuel tank / 1937/48 Ford/Lincoln Zephyr & 1939/48 Mercury Passenger Cars.

Carpenter has it listed under 78-9047 for about 10 bucks.
