A Ranger Build.

Hey, joined to see others trucks, get ideas and share what im doing with mine. I bough a 06 ranger XLT 4.0 2wd back in june 2010. After 3 years, its come a long way. I started out with the idea to lower it, then that changed when i met a guy with a lifted truck. i went with a mild lift, changed that idea around after 2 years, and decided this past winter to go full build and finish the truck once and for all. i dont even want to think about whats invested into it, all i know is i cant wait for it to finish, super pumped!

I'm going to skip a few steps as there a lot to cover, ill go over the big changes.

Day One. stock truck, 225/70/15 tires. bought with 38,000kms.

the truck sat with a mild lift in the back and some 235 tires for almost a year.

I then went to 32's for a few months.

did a 3"front 2" rear lift

and then bought 33's.

at this point i decided that going mid travel prerunner would be fun, so i ordered a 5.5 front end and front glass.

and got new 33's

now the truck stayed this way for 9 months, and i saved some cash. I decided this spring to go nuts, (My GF sure thinks i am) and ordered a long list of parts.

Expo axle
lockright
g2 install kit
fox 2.0 resi shocks all around
rear mcneil bedsides
deaver f31 leafs
kartek drop hangers
limit straps
ruffstuff axle swap kit
tube rear bumper
tube front bumper
rigid led bar

among a few other things.

heres up to date with last nights work.

and the truck as of now with my parts bed on it so i can get to work.

those bedsides im going to try to get on tonight. ill post pics when i do.
