Yes, your 95 has a roller cam. It's just a tad less cam than the HO 5.0's cam with. Here are the specs for the F4TE (your cam) .422/.445 lift, 256/266* advertised duration. The HO cam is .445/.445 lift, 276/266 duration (some list it as 276/276) No ZDDP needed
