I knew someone would start the old "what oil is better" arguement. Personally, I got 240,000 miles off a Bronco using good old dino Castrol GTX. I just switched my 6.0 from Delo 400 15-40 to Castrol HDL 15-40. If it meets CI-4, do whatever turns you on.
