Congrats on the house! Having the shop is definitely a bonus.

I'm almost ready to embark on my move to the Oregon coast - my aunt and uncle are setting up an RV pad in the parking lot of the coffee roaster plant for me to park to my little 17' home-on-wheels - that will save me a bunch of money in RV park fees and all I have to do is perform routine maintenance and cleaning in the plant as well as provide security (someone punched a hole in the gas line of their van and stole the gas) - as an added bonus, I don't ever have to worry about running out of coffee LOL...
