Or do I need to put an oil filter relocation kit on it?
There are two types of FE oil filter adapters.

1) Filter mounts vertically (Passenger Cars).

2) Filter mounts horizontally (1965/76 F100/350).

Passenger Car type shouldn't be used on F100/350's, because when (not if!) the left rubber insulator breaks (common), the filter will hit the engine crossmember, splitting it open.* Not pleasant!

1965/66 F100/250 with optional oil/amp gauges: C5TZ-9B339-B .. Oil Pressure Gauge Sending Unit Adapter ~ Both the oil pressure and warning (idiot) light sending units thread into this adapter.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 15 = 800-543-4959.

* Alternative "Spin-On" oil filter to Motorcraft FL-1A = Motorcraft FL-300

1975/78 Mustang II: Ford "shoehorned" the 302 into the engine compartment, had to use this shorter FL-300 oil filter. There wasn't enough space between the crossmember and adapter to install the longer FL-1A
