Both oils mentioned are good and meet CI-4. I prefer the Delo for the lower pour point and their choice of base stock. The Delo costs a little more but not much.

Either oil should get you to 300k miles. I personally think keeping the rpms below 3k will do more to extend longevity than oil choice.
