Rakuten.com - Bracket - Console of the console brackets it shows 4 screws or bolts to secure the 2 brackets to the floor and 4 more screws or bolts to secure the console to the brackets.
Make sure if you purchase the brackets that the hardware comes with.

Well I took the plunge and bought a brand new Lincoln rear console off of Ebay for $269.00 shipped. I'm going test fit it in between the seats before I order the brackets to see how/if the armrests interfere. My next action will be determined by the test fit.
