It's great that they fixed it up for you - I once complained about the alignment in my '96 t-bird after only a few hundred miles, and got the old "It's perfect from the factory" line. Well, at 1000 miles, I found the right front wheel bearing to be loose. Then, they tell me they "tightened" it - it's a unitized non-serviceable bearing. I laughed and said "You can't tighten it" and walked out - a week later, they changed it.

I complained loudly about the entire experience. Month or two later, the service manager was gone, and the new one replaced almost all the service writers. Nepotism at it's best, apparently.
