There's no such thing as a 1957 only F100/250 Pitman Arm.

1957/58 F100/250 and 1959/60 F100/250 2WD with Gemmer steering gearbox is the same.

1959 F100/250 2WD: There were two different steering gearboxes, Gemmer & Saginaw. Saginaw used a different Pitman Arm.
