I did the Hutch mod, and then my fuel pick-up ended up falling apart so now I am done with the whole "1/4 tank" problem and I am putting in a fuel sump.

(BTW, this will also help with a design flaw in the Greasecar system: In order to use 1 pump for diesel and grease, Greasecar moves the fuel pump from the low point under driver's side door to a high point on top of the engine under the hood, making the pump work harder than it should.)
