I have a 2002 F250 Powerstroke. Two years ago while driving long distance, the heating core went out and sprayed antifreeze all over the cab and electrical wiring behind the glove box. At this time, the entire instrument panel quick working. Got it home, heating core fixed, and dried out wiring. Instrument panel worked again. The ESOF however did not. When switched, the light does not come on in the dash, and there is no noise as to the air pump kicking on or transfer case engaging. Manually locking the hubs does nothing as well.

So my question is where the problem could be? Could the antifreeze fry that module behind the glove box or could it be something else? We've checked fuses; even swapping the two relay switches under the hood and nothing.
