Hey i wasn't sure how to reach you directly so ill ask it on here, have you figured out your problem? my truck is doing the exact same thing, please email me if possible its ryanhilgeman@yahoo.com, it usually does it after sitting for periods of time and it can take anywhere from 5min to and hour before i hear that second sound engage i assumed it was pump also. I have dual tanks tho and it doesn't matter what tank i have it on it will not start until i hear that pump engage for the second time, ive replaced fuel relay, fuel filter. So any help would be greatly appreciated its driving me insane, took it to mechanic and of course it wouldn't do it for him, my pressure was to spec as well.
