I had the same issue with #4 COP (Coil on Plug) on my 2001 F150 4.6l SC. it was changed out and vacuum leaks sealed up, but still running rough though. CD player issue is the same for mine, but after the player is too hot, and i eject the cd, it will not accept another one too.
