1999 F250 Super Duty - 99k Miles PRICE REDUCED!!

For sale is my 1999 F250 Super Duty - REDUCED PRICE!!
The truck has just turned 99k miles. It spent its life up around Chicago. I am the 3rd owner and the Autocheck report shows it to be free of any accidents.

Specifics:
5.4V8, Auto transmission, extended cab w/4 doors, 4x4 (manual w/locking front hubs),AC, PW, PL, Cruise, Tilt, CD player, Dark Wedgewood blue/Gray interior, XLT trim, bed has a spray-in liner, dark gray cap (looks really good with the blue exterior). Also has a brush guard on the front. It has the towing package, plow package, block heater, and 4.10 gears. Trailer brake controller also installed.

History:
I bought the truck from a guy who purchased this from his best friend’s wife after his friend passed away. The guy I bought from had it since April of this year, had some health issues and then sold it to me. This best friend, bought the truck new in 1999 and always took care of it, and it shows in the way it presents itself and drives down the road. It never was used for daily driving, but for towing an 18ft camper via the hitch and has never had a plow on it, or 5th wheel hitch on it.

Maintenance, Mechanical:
As far as the truck goes, drives out good, no issues with the transmission, the brakes look to be in pretty good shape, it has no pulling to either side when stopping or driving. Everything works as it is supposed to, the paint shines up nice, no dents or dings I know of, interior is clean and free of any rips. A few light stains on the carpet, but nothing major.

What I have had done: - This was over $1k in repair costs
Ford 4x4 service completed:
- included transmission flush, transfer case flush, and flushing both differentials.
Had the input seal to the transfer case replaced, it was leaking
cooling system flush
power steering flush
oil change - less than 1k miles since

fuel filter

Ford tells me it needs:
Driver side ball joints – (I heard 1 sound, 1 time, that was while I was towing with it and turning left in the rain, not real bad) , In daily driving, I have never heard it.
Both front swaybar links
It will need tires, they were not taken care of very well, tread depth looks good, but they are un-evenly worn.

Financials
Asking price is $8700 OR BEST OFFER, no trades, cash only.
I purchased the vehicle through a loan through my bank, Wells Fargo and there is a lien against the title.

I was told by my banker that once full payment is received at my bank, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to get the title from Wells Fargo. What I will do is get a notarized document that is legally binding, in giving the new owner the title once received from Wells Fargo.

I have tried to be as upfront as I can on this. This will make someone a great truck for work and play. Life for me right now, this doesn't fit, not a need, otherwise, I would be keeping it.

Any questions, feel free to PM me or call me at 260-494-4249. Thanks for looking.
