Hey Luthier, you got a lot of things going on and have been done and some sorting out to do.
Here is the time to supply accurate info to shorten the process and minimize confusion.
We have to start from the beginning to try and not miss anything.
Your lucky I decided to look at your post or it would have been missed as the original poster's problems have been cleared as of his last post.
When starting new alway start your own thread so things don't get mixed up and confused.

Redo your post in an order we can count on understanding well.
Include any mods done and where you hooked things up etc in an order and not skip around. We can't run that fast.
