Waste of time.

The resistor gimmick has been around for years. It just fools the PCM into thinking the air is a different temperature so it operates the fueling system richer or leaner.

It cannot both increase power (which takes more fuel) and save fuel (which reduces power).

A customized tuner package can allow you to select which attribute you want.
