I did mine on my 11, alot may have changed, but the plug for mine was in the center of the bumper, with a cap on it, tucked up behind. If your laying under the truck, its almost behind where you would think the license plate would be.
I also had to replace the switch for my lights on my dash, instead of twisting the switch for headlights, you also pull it out for fogs.
