Will this truck be fast?

I know this site is for high performance enthusiasts, so I figured it would be the best place to ask my questions. I am planning on ordering a 2013 F-150 4x4 XLT regular car/short bed with the optional V-8 6.0L 360 hp engine.
Yes, I know the new twin-turbo V-6 is a hot engine, but I am planning to keep this truck a long time and the thought of the repair bills for keeping twin turbochargers running at beak efficiency after a five to 10 years scares me.
Soooo ... I chose the reliable V-8. My question is fairly simple: Given the small size and light weight of the model truck I'm buying, will it have good acceleration with 360 horses pushing it? I've researched it, and the charts say that engine does zero to 60 in 6.75 seconds in a tricked out F-150 Super Cab, which is obviously much heavier. So I'm thinking a small, light regular cab should be at least that fast.
I've checked out some of the older model (2000) F-150 Lightning trucks, and they were only a second or so faster at 5.6 seconds zero to 60.
Am I being overly optimistic, or can I expect 6.75 or better performance from my truck?
Thanks,
