To be honest I've never seen a MPG gain with a CAI or exhaust on anything I've owned. If anything I noticed a loss, probably due to the fact that both items tend to make you want to get on it more often. I know the companies claim gains of 3mpg or whatever on a CAI, but if it was that simple why would ford not do it from the factory.
