It should have the right side lock cylinder as all vehicles did from the 19teens thru the 1940's. If it doesn't, someone removed it, filled in the hole.

Early vehicles had no doors..at all. Model T's had an impression of a left door in the sheet metal. By the 1920's, had both front doors, but only the right door had a lock cylinder

1951 "Deluxe 5 Star" cabs were the first Ford trucks to come with both R & L lock cylinders as standard equipment. Ford changed the name Deluxe in 1955 to Custom.

I don't recall if it was 1963 or 1964 that Standard Cabs came with both...as standard equipment. I know 1965's had both, cuz I bought a 1965 F100 8' Styleside Standard Cab...brand new in March 1965.
