Sounds like snycros, shift collars, shift forks, and bearings. Have you checked the fluid level. If it's low, top it off and see what it does, and it is not common for our trucks to pop out of reverse. As much as I hate to say it, sounds like you're gonna need a rebuild. How many miles on your trans?
