I had/caused a minor problem with the tower valve inside the fuel bowl. When fitting the tower valve the internal rod fell out of it's centre position. Once I removed the valve, disassembled it, the problem was easily seen and rectified.

The trick was to hold the tower value 5 pieces all together while lowering it into the fuel bowl.

Just had a good w/e 400k highway run up and down Clyde Mountain. The truck is running sweet. More importantly the valley has remained dry! Problem solved.

Also, as per Guzzle's observation in the fuel bowl re-seal instructions, the Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) that Australia is now using will dissolve the stock Ford O-rings.
