Which vehicle are you asking about taillamp lenses for, the Ranchero or the Econoline?

1966 Falcon Ranchero/Station Wagons use the same round taillamp lenses (C6DZ-13450-B) with or without backup lamps.

If backup lamps are present, the housing is different because the backup lenses are located below the round taillamps.

1966 Fairlane S/W, 1967 Fairlane Ranchero or S/W taillamps will also fit 1966 Falcon Ranchero/S/W. It's possible a PO swapped lamps.

Some 1967 Econolines have rectangular taillamps. Same as: 1967/72 F100/350 Stylesides / 1969/74 Econoline / 1967/77 Bronco.
