It runs better. Throttle response seems a little snappier and idles a bit better. The old plugs were not in bad shape so there is not a lot of difference compared to someone who's plugs are worse off.

I don' have a new one to show the difference, but other than color and a very minor amount of wear, they look the same.

If you have brown COP boots you are safe-the plugs and heads have been update to eliminate the broken plug issue. The dealer still quoted me $299 labor for my plugs. It took me a total of about 1.5 hours-but I don't work fast and took my time. It's really not hard at all. Much easier access than most cars.

If you have the black boots on your 2008 or 2007 chances are you will break a plug.

You need a 9/16th spark plug socket-I couldn't find one locally and used a 14mm in a pinch. I would suggest getting a 9/16th magnetic socket. Other wise you need a telescoping magnet to get the plug out after it's loosened-it's too deep to reach with your fingers.
