incorrect oil or viscosity
poor oil quality
gel fuel/no fuel
low fuel pressure
damaged IPR valve
high-pressure oil system leak
damaged high-pressure oil pump
damaged PCM
Verify correct oil quality/viscosity and correct fuel grade are being used for the temperature conditions.
The oil is good I run Rotella 15-40 and change it every 3 thousand miles. My Fuel pressure is good too, it reads nearly 85psi at idle and about 60 -65 when I punch it. I have no oil leak on the high pressure oil pump. So does that leave to replace the IPR?
